At Semper Wellness Centre you can be sure to feel welcome and given the utmost of care in the clinic, a friendly atmosphere means patients can feel comfortable in the collaboration with their therapist. We provide a comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan with a difference, incorporating alternative therapies and techniques where required. We take time to get to know my patients, explain each step of the process, work with you and for you so that together we can address the issue that is causing you pain or discomfort.
“Everyone is unique, and every treatment should be the unique.”

A Professional Life Coach, who holds a BSc and MSc in Physiotherapy, Member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapist, qualified in Complementary therapist such as Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Kinesiology, with over 10 years’ experience.
Having specialised in pain management while undertaking my master’s degree. This led to a different therapeutic approach because we are complex beyond our physical structures, therefore considering the impact our nervous system has on our bodies and our thought patterns I believe is integral. If stress or emotional issues are contributing towards your pain then, life coaching or Kinesiology techniques such as neuro-lymphatic techniques and emotional stress release (ESR) points are highly effect approaches to consider or incorporate.
“I truly believe having a vast repertoire of treatments and approaches creates for more of a holistic way of healing.”
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me spending quality time with the most important people in my life. Always taking on a new course or a new challenge. I simply love to learn and develop both personally and professionally and I try and encourage my patients to do the same.
I have always been competitive and growing up I did all kinds of sports, but the one that trumped them all was Rowing whether it was in the Coastal waters of West Cork or the Ilen river, in Skibbereen now made famous by two inspirational brothers.
